Alan joined us in 2020, he is based in Brighton and covers the South East. Having always been around friends and family who were into both cameras and cars it no surprise Alan’s career path led him to work in this field.

Alan’s Story

Alan loves an action shot and has an eye for detail, showcasing the details of cars you may miss. He also loves the people side of shoots, meeting some lovely owners along the way – he is very personable.

Alan shoots with a Sony Sony A7III paired with G Master lenses, Sony’s top line lenses – his personal favourite is the 90mm prime, he tells us this is the lens he uses for the ‘money shot’.

Alan’s Car History

Alan currently has a few cars in his collection, all are currently on the road and used regularly, so depending on the weather he will turn up to consignments in one of the following:

In the past Alan has owned many other cars, some standouts include: BMW E30 race car; 155 TS and Alfa GT Junior Bertone (he told us this is the one that got away)!

With so many amazing cars around, Alan found it difficult to choose a favourite car, but told us he would love a Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997.1) or a GMA T.50.

Alan’s Favourite Consignments

Alan has completed many shoots for us over the years and he thoroughly enjoys his work – he said one of his most favourite consignments was a 1990 Lancia Delta, as he has a soft spot for Italian cars – we loved this image he took in the garage.
