Introduction
Alan Stuart
The Aston Martin DB9 is widely regarded as one of the finest luxury grand tourers of its era.
The DB9, a highly desirable grand tourer, was produced for ~12 years from 2004 to 2016, and was hand-assembled in Warwickshire. Originally designed by Ian Callum and Henrik Fisker, both of whom are renowned for their work on the Escort Cosworth, RS200, BMW Z8, and many other iconic vehicles, the DB9 featured a much sharper design than its predecessor, the DB7. It was equipped with the "6.0L" V12 engine from the Vanquish, had an aluminium construction, and offered outstanding performance. The DB9 was the first model to be built at Aston Martin's Gaydon facility in Warwickshire and received an excellent reception from the press upon its launch.
This DB9 comes to market from ~1 year of ownership with our vendor, it has modest mileage, a well-maintained service record, and arguably the right colour and trim combination. We think it is an attractive purchase for any enthusiast or someone seeking to experience luxury British motoring, and it comes with a current MOT valid until 20.04.2025, and 16 main dealer service stamps.
This listing was written from information supplied by Alan after meeting Jamie the owner, and having visited and photographed the vehicle.
