Introduction
Kristina
A four-seater V12 grand tourer... could there be any better GT car for the money.
The Aston Martin Rapide V12 marked the brand’s first four-door production model, blending traditional Aston Martin elegance with genuine everyday usability. Powered by a 5.9-litre naturally aspirated V12, it produces around 470bhp and delivers effortless performance through a six-speed Touchtronic automatic gearbox, reaching 0–60mph in around five seconds.
Despite its size, the Rapide retains the poise and presence of a true Aston Martin. Its sweeping silhouette, swan-hinged doors and aluminium construction give it a sleek, sporting appearance, while the chassis and adaptive suspension provide a refined yet engaging driving experience suited to both long-distance touring and spirited driving.
Coming to market from just over a year and a half, this lovely example has been cherished by John, who has continued to maintain it to a high standard, just like its former keepers, it comes with two sets of keys, one being the crystal key. We visited on two different days as you can see from the photos the weather was a bit different on each.
This listing was written from information supplied by Kristina after meeting John the owner, and having visited and photographed the vehicle.

I WANT ONEAsk Questions
Hi John, re the remote electronic valve control, does it work immediately including on start up? Why I ask is I know they ‘rev’ on first start up and wonder if the valves are closed on start up (through your device), it might not wake my neighbours. Thanks
Hi Yes it’s immediate, there is still a growl on starting but not as loud. It works via a fuse, the remote is communicating with the fuse to switch it on or off, this then opens or closes the exhaust valve. So works off the car battery not the engine running but the gust to ask are the manufacturers http://www.cccharger.co.uk/
Hi
Very low miles each year therefore no service or major works required, you can see the miles per year in the mot history.
Hi John – what’s the explanation for the gap between 2016 and 2024 please? Thanks
