Can you provide receipts and work completed on paper with parts and labor.
Will the above be completed prior to auction close and sale? if the is a further fault or repair needed with the gearbox can you update the comments?
Overall I am trying to price in the remaining worst case scenario repair or diagnostic work needed if these are not complete or need further investigation.

Of course, I will provide all the paperwork including receipts. unfortunately, the garage couldn’t fit in this work before the auction ran out. yes if there is further fault discovered i’ll get this fixed.

Looking at the notes on the last Audi service record dated 19/09/24 it has the following advisories:
– Spark plug change overdue
– Air filter change overdue
– Air con service overdue
– Front pads backing plates badly corroded new pad
– Bad oil leak from front of engine
– Battery condition poor
– Oil leak from Gearbox
I can see you declined to repair with Audi.
Can you confirm if any of the above items have been addressed or repaired?
Especially the oil leak from engine and gearbox.

I have the car booked into an Audi specialist to complete the following works;
New spark plugs
New air filter
Air con service
Front and back pad replacement.
clean up or replace the runners and fitting kits as needed.
The oil leak was from the oil return pipe.
A grub screw that was sweating oil has been cleaned and re-tightened.
I’m having the gearbox pan removed and the gasket checked or replaced if needed.
The oil return pipe was badly corroded but has now been replaced.

Few questions:
1. When were the brake pads last changed and how much left on the carbon discs as they are expensive to change.
2. Have the injectors been changed or serviced.
3. When were the spark plugs last changed.
4. How much mm left on the tyres and are they matching.
5. Any repairs to AC compressor or lines?
6, Any repairs to oil return pipe?
Good afternoon,
I’m not sure when they were last changed, however, when I had the car serviced at the main Audi dealership they told me the discs were in perfect order, with no signs of wear or cracks.
The rear brake pad material is fine with signs of corrosion on the fitting kit and runners.
The front brakes are the same story but the outer part of the pad has puffed out a little. Apparently, this is because when you wash the car that’s the last bit to dry out and that’s where you get the corrosion on the runners too.
The tyres are all in great shape showing 6.6 6.9 6.9 and 7mm of tread across the tyre’s width.
No issues with the AC I’ll have a look through the history to see what I can find.
I had the return oil feed pipe replaced on the 17th of September this year when I had a service. The spark plugs and air filter will need changing at the next major service.
