Introduction

Once upon a time, Jaguar's motto was 'Space, Pace, and Grace' - the XK is the ultimate embodiment of this. We took this XKR to France, where it seamlessly transitioned from pootling around town to being stunning on fast roads!

We've had this car five years now: took it as a project and did a lot of work around chassis, suspension mounts, bushes, and electricals to make it a grantourer worthy of high speeds and long distances with comfort. With recent priorities, I have struggled with time for indulgence. So, it's looking for someone who has the time and appreciation of what this icon stands for.

The copper black colour with beige interior is an attention grabber.

Wheels and Tyres

Brilliant set of rims and tyres, with a few odd scuff marks.

Bodywork

In great condition for the age, I have not done any bodywork and it's definitely stood the test of time and in great nick. There's some surface corrosion around the sills but structurally intact and no work is needed at this time. Corrosion prevention treatments have been applied yearly: Lanoguard.

I have it always garaged in winter and taken out mostly during the summer.

Paint

Paint is intact and generally in a good state.

Glass and Trim

No chips or damage.

Beige leather interior with a fantastic gear selector, soft-grab door handles, contrast stitching throughout the cabin, leather-edged mats with Jaguar logos, and XKR tread plates on the door sills.

It all creates an unforgettable ambiance.

Beige seats, offering great comfort on long drives - all in great condition.
