Introduction
Darren Rungasamy
The Macan GTS offers a perfect blend of everyday utility and exhilarating performance, backed by the undeniable good feeling of owning a Porsche.
Porsche’s seamless expansion into new sectors began with its first SUV in 2002, followed by the 2014 debut of the compact Macan. Leveraging Porsche’s formidable reputation for build quality and driver engagement, the Macan set a benchmark for luxury crossovers that remains unbeaten.
Now the brand’s best-selling model, the first-generation Macan perfectly balances comfort and practicality with a rewarding drive. Its understated exterior styling is complemented by a thoughtful, driver-focused cabin. Positioned near the top of the range, the GTS utilizes the potent 3.0-litre twin-turbo V6 engine. This model prioritises driving dynamics, boasting a more responsive chassis, increased power output, and exclusive GTS detailing.
This stunning 2016 Macan GTS comes to market after just over a year and a quarter with our vendor, it is finished in 'Carmine Red' with a Black Leather/Alcantara interior and has covered just ~41,507 miles under two owners. It features a positive service history (4 stamps), an MOT through to October 2026, and comes highly specified with the Sport Chrono package, GTS leather interior, and thousands of pounds in additional dealer options.
Sold with its full owner's wallet, two keys, its original bill of sales and the private plate SR66 GTS is also included in the sale, this is a perfect opportunity to obtain one of the finest SUVs created.

Does the replaced gearbox in warranty or any mechanical issues in the vehicle right now?
Hi, Thanks for the question. No issues at all with the car right now. I have recently done all the brake discs/pads and tyres as well and the ATX belt replaced when doing the thermostat early last year. I must admit I hadnt even spotted the PDK work until doing the listing for sale so I dont believe there is still any warranty on it but I have had absolutely no issues with it. Thanks
Sean
Hi Sean,if it does not make the reserve will you be placing it back on,earliest i can take a look at the car would be next Saturday.
Hi Sean. Does the towbar extend and retract as it should? Do the electrics work on it? Thanks, George
Hi George, Yes the towbar comes in and out without issue and the electrics are fine. I have used for a bike rack. Thanks Sean
Hi Sean, appreciate the reply,is this the only site you have put the Macan on,i am very interested but i would need to organise a viewing.
Hi, Yes its the only place its listed. You are more than welcome to do a viewing.

Hi Sean, has the transfer box been replaced on the Macan, and have the bolts ever been changed on cam cover both weak points on this model Macan thanks.visited 3 so far two had oil leaks.
Hi, I can confirm it has no oil leaks at all, I can see anything on the servicing that would suggest the transfer box has been replaced, and I don’t know about the bolts in the cam cover. They havent been changed during my owndership, I have done a main Porsche Specialist service and then an in between service (Oct 25) for fluids etc. But as a above the engine bay is really clean, not sign of any leaks and no leaks underneath..
Hi,
Thanks for the questions. If you see the photos of the service book you can see what of the service stamps has a comment “replaced PDK”. The corresponding invoice from south lakes porsche at the time doesnt mention it. The comment was before my ownership so I am not 100% sure what was actually replaced. I have had no issues with the PDK, all works perfectly.
I currently pay £37.62 per month in road tax and its had no paint in my ownership and none to my knowledge.
Thanks
Sean
Hi
Thanks !
HI
It states the PDK box was replaced, was this the whole gearbox or the transfer box ?
Being a 2016 car what is the annual road tax ?
Has the car had any paintwork ?
