Released in 1986, the A70 generation Toyota Supra was launched when RWD layouts were being replaced by FWD hot hatches.
Toyota harnessed and improved the appeal of what was considered an outdated trend. However, this was no dinosaur. The high-efficiency multivalve engine, anti-lock braking, computer-aided geometry on the suspension layout and electronic damper control shifted the Supra upmarket and became a showcase for Toyota's technology. Powered by a 3.0-litre ~200BHP straight-six fuel-injected engine mounted under an expanse of a bonnet, the Supra proved to fulfil its role as the brand's flagship sporting model. For those looking for refinement, performance and comfort in a stylish and fully equipped package, buyers were also reassured by the traditional virtues of a Toyota. Offering plenty of practicality, ease of driving, reasonable running costs and, of course, a legendary reputation for reliability, there was no sacrifice in core values.

Hi proteo car drives beautifully no problems with shock absorbers or springs,some mention of rust in 2019 MOT but did say nothing serious,as can be seen on the under chassis pictures taken by Dom. Wish you all best if you decide to bid. Regards Geoff
Hi Geoffrey when was the car last serviced , and when was the last time the cam belts where changed , and any advisories on last 2 MOTs please , what also is the road tax
Hi Andrew apologies for late reply,Supra is taxed till 1st October 2025 and MOT till 21st October2025,all advisory on last 2 MOT dealt with I just bought new tires,got the receipts for these, no knowledge or information on cam belt,had new front and back brake pads,spark plugs and rocker gasket during my ownership,hope this information helps.
