Exterior

This car along with the rumbling engine at higher revs has a sinister look across the exterior. It would be hard to find a sporty car as much as this – black trims, alloys and a hood taken from the black series set the car off beautifully.

Wheels and Tyres

Fitted with AMG 5-spoke light-alloy wheels painted in titanium grey with AMG red brake callipers. Excellent condition Continental tyres with profiles 235/35 R 19 front and 255/30 R 19 rear tyres.

Bodywork

As mentioned, the hood comes from the black series. A panoramic sunroof is fitted to the top and also comes with a small rear spoiler. In excellent condition.

Paint

Laid out in white, the car has AMG sports striped in graphite grey. Excellent condition.

Glass and Trim

Both are in excellent condition across the car. There seems to be a slight imperfection with the cosmetic foam along the panoramic roof, this does seem to not effect the seal or runner lying underneath and Jo has assured us she will get a quote from her Mercedes specialist before purchase.

Interior

The overall condition of the interior is pristine, a testament under Jo’s ownership. The car is kitted out with heated seats, entertainment and many other features you would expect to find in a well-designed and engineered car.

Seats and Carpets

The seats are in excellent condition and are finished in leather and suede that are stitched exquisitely. AMG badges are also decorated on the carpets and both appear in excellent condition.

Dashboard

The dashboard is in immaculate condition with all gauges and entertainment screen.

Steering Wheel / Gear Stick

The steering is finished in suede whilst the control centre has different driving options from comfort to launch control.

Mechanics

We had a great time in Jo’s car, and considering the brute this car possesses, it is surprisingly quiet when cruising at low speeds with comfort-mode on. Jon detected no issues upon his visit and we are so happy in the office when we see such a fantastic example come through our service.

Engine and Gearbox

The naturally aspirated engine was the last one the C63 used without applying forced induction. The 6.2L engine produces 500hp and can accelerate to 60mph in 4.2 seconds with a limited top speed of 174mph. The 7-speed automatic gearbox is as smooth-changing as can be. The car started first go from cold upon our visit.

Suspension and Brakes

With AMG performance suspension, an ABS braking system the car can firmly be enjoyed on the roads. They have been serviced by Jo’s favourite specialists since new, so no problems there.

The Drive

The car looks and sounds amazing – no wonder Jo was instantly attracted to it. We tested out sport mode in the ‘On the Road’ video and heard the exhaust spit with the windows open, something that would get any petrolhead going.

Electrics and Other

This car is fully kitted out with electrics and due to constant servicing from Mercedes specialists as late as January 2020, there is no cause for concern in this respect. Everything worked as it should on our visit.

History and Paperwork

As previously mentioned, Jo has owned the car since new and has used it as a daily driver for most of its life.

The specialist dealership as taken care of the car every time Jo has seen the service light flash up on the dashboard.

The car has some extras added that are shown in the purchase receipt of the vehicle: Surround sound speakers, AMG alloy wheels and reversing camera.

Current indicated mileage is 30,937 miles on 19/02/2020.
