There’s not much else you could ask for from a sports Coupé - the F-Type R-Dynamic delivers everything you need, and more.

The Jaguar F-Type was big news when it launched in 2013. It was praised as being the sportiest Jaguar since the XJ220, and the eager press and public were not disappointed. As a genuine two-seater sports car, not only did the F-Type coupe and roadster undercut its rivals for the price, but it also filled a niche that slotted in between the V8 market and the compact mainstream sports car.

In 2019 the already beautiful F-Type received a make-over with slender new looks, and technological updates, which created the new, fresh-looking F-type. With a choice of engines, the one we have here has the incredible P450 engine, a 5.0 litre supercharged V8 providing ~450PS (444hp).

This stunning low-mileage F-Type ticks all the right boxes, colour, spec and performance; it has it all.

Exterior

A massive round of applause goes to the Jaguar design team - what a fantastic looking machine.

Wheels and Tyres

The 20” alloy wheels are finished in black with a diamond cut rim and a red Jaguar centre caps.

Fitted with matching Pirelli P Zero tyres, these have a good amount of tread remaining.

The condition is really good, just being ultra picky, there are a couple of small marks on the nearside wheels.

Bodywork

The F-type is in excellent condition, having covered just ~10,123 miles; it’s clearly well cared for. There are no dings or dents to mention, and all panel gaps look as Jaguar intended.

Paint

Finished in Firenze Red, the paintwork is in excellent condition with no apparent chips; there is a very small light scratch near the driver's door handle.

Glass and Trim

The windows are in excellent condition with no scratches to mention, and the F-Type comes with a panoramic roof bringing a light feel inside the cockpit.

The lights, both to the front and rear, are in excellent condition and being the facelift model, it benefits from Pixel LED headlights.

Interior

Sports seats finished in leather and suede have hugging bolsters that provide superb comfort.

Seats and Carpets

With just ~10,234 miles, the F-Type is in fine fettle inside. The leather and alcantara seats have no signs of any wear. The door cards are also free from any scuffs, and the switches are in excellent condition.

The carpets are in good order and covered with a set of fitted mats.

The inside of the boot is also clean and tidy.

Dashboard

Another feature of the revised model is the reconfigurable 12.3” TFT instrument cluster.

The black leather dashboard has no damage or wear to point out - very good condition.

No warning lights are present when the car is running, and the odometer displays a reading of ~10,234 miles.

Steering Wheel / Gear Stick

The leather multifunction steering wheel is in good order with no wear seen on the buttons.

There are paddle shifters on the rear of the steering wheel, providing the opportunity to change gears when desired, and there is a normal automatic gear knob allowing you to keep it as a conventional automatic.

Mechanics

~450bhp launches the supercharged Jaguar from 0-60mph in 4.6 seconds - blistering.

Engine and Gearbox

The 5.0 litre supercharged V8 P450 engine is an excellent choice for the F-Type R-Dynamic; ~450 PS- is enough to provide a fun driving experience. The car has a switchable exhaust allowing you to experience the sound of the supercharged V8 fully.

The eight-speed automatic gearbox gives a silky smooth change as the car pulls like a train through the gears.

Suspension and Brakes

The suspension is as to be expected, with no knocks or clunks coming from any corner.

The brake discs look in good condition with no lip to the edge, and the pads appear to have a good amount of material remaining on them.

The Drive

The F-Type is a fantastic car to drive, perfect for cruising or even more fun if you push the chequered flag button.

Electrics and Other

All of the electronics are said to be working as they should and there were no issues during our visit.

A large display screen allows you to control the media side of things and also operates as a screen for the reversing camera.

Serviced in July 2022, this lovely Jaguar F-Type R-Dynamic is ready to go.

Two services have been carried out on the F-Type, which are noted on the dealer service history. The last service was carried out in July 2022 at 8,527 miles, and the car was given a clean bill of health.
